Fancy Apps Studio is not responsible for any damages that may arise from your use of the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Fancy Apps Studio may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Application.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
